摘    要:研究了温度时甘薯麦蛾发育历期和取食量的影响.研究结果表明,随着温度的增加,卵、幼虫和蛹的发育历期均逐渐缩短.不同温度时卵和蛹发育历期的影响均存在显著性差异,15℃条件下,幼虫的发育历期与20,25,30℃相比较,均存在显著性差异;但超过25℃,各龄幼虫的发育历期不存在显著性差异.随着龄期的增大和温度的升高,幼虫的取食量...

Abstract:The paper studied the effect of temperature on developmental duration and feeding amount of Brachmia macroscopa Meyrick.The results showed that the developmental duration of egg,larvae and pupae were gradually shortened with the rising of temperature.The developmental duration of egg and pupae had significant differences under the condition of different temperature.The developmental duration of larvae under 15℃ was the longest and had significant differences comparison with 20℃,25℃ and 30℃.But the developmental duration of larvae didn’t have significant differences when the temperature exceeded 25℃.Larval feeding amount obviously increased with the growth of larvae and the rising of temperature,but the temperature and larval instars didn’t influence the rate,which the percentage of larval feeding amount account for the amount of whole larval feeding.Larval feeding amount/individuals and rate of larval feeding were direct proportion with the rising of temperature and the growth of larvae.
