| 摘 要： | 教学质量是高等教育的生命线,进一步健全科学有效的高等学校内部教学质量监控与保障体系是保证并提高教学质量的关键。在充分认识健全教学质量监控与保障体系的必要性的基础上,从加强机构与队伍建设、制定教学质量评估标准、健全教学质量管理与评估制度、构建教学信息网络等方面对健全教学质量监控与保障体系进行了思考。

| Abstract: | It is essential to build up a scientific and effective control and guarantee system of teaching quality to ensure the teaching quality in higher education.Based on the analysis of the necessity of the control and guarantee system of teaching quality,the paper explores the issues relating to strengthening the institutiton and faculty construction,developing the standard for teaching assessment,improving the management and assessment system and building a network of teaching information. |
