中草药提取物对桃褐腐菌(Monilinia fructicola)抑制作用增效组合筛选

摘    要:用菌丝生长速率法测定了虎杖、黄柏、厚朴、松萝等4种中草药提取物对桃褐腐菌的抑制作用,经线性回归计算50%抑制时的有效浓度(EC50)分别为133.8μg/ml、40.6μg/ml、90.6μg/ml、3.4μg/ml。根据EC50,用等效线法相加作用线的6等分点设置配比,共毒因子法判断增效标准。结果表明,各种配比的混配剂中黄柏+松萝为最佳增效作用组合,其中以8:1增效作用最显著。

Abstract:Inhibitory effect of Chinese herb extracts Polygonum cuspidatum,phellodendron Chinese schneid,Magnolia officinalis,Usnea longissima Ach. were determined by the growth rates of mycelium of Monilinia fructicola in vitro. By line regression,50% of Effective Concentration (EC50) of Chinese herb extracts were 133.8μg/ml, 40.6μg/ml, 90.6μg/ml and 3.4μg/ml respectively. According to EC50,the five ratios were determined by the evidence of six equal-part points of additive action line, and synergism was judged by the method of co-toxicity factor. The result showed that the plant extracts of phellodendron Chinese schneid and Usnea longissima Ach. with combined ratio of 8:1were the best mixtures for controlling M. fructicola.
