| 摘 要： | 分析了科技论文中存在的剽窃、抄袭、伪造或篡改试验数据、有意隐匿重要文献或引用无关文献、挂名、一稿两投或多投等不良学术道德行为，认为控制不良学术道德行为是学术期刊编辑义不容辞的责任，从思想意识、审查制度、编辑工作管理和编辑素质方面提出了编辑控制的措施．

| Abstract: | The existing bad behaviors of academic morality in sci_tech papers, such as copy,plagiarism,important references deliberately hidden and useless reference deliberately cited,unreal author,etc.are analyzed. Academic periodical editors are thought to be duty_bound to control the bad behaviors of academic morality.Some measures about ideology,examination system,editorial management and editors' personal quality are put forward. |
