摘    要:本试验探究了慢性镉暴露对小鼠血常规的影响。结果表明,与正常小鼠比较,镉中、高剂量组淋巴细胞值增高,中剂量组增高具有统计学意义(P0.05);高剂量组红细胞体积分布宽度与红细胞平均体积较正常组显著性降低(P0.05);高剂量镉暴露降低了血小板计数、血小板比容。因此,在长期低浓度镉暴露下,红细胞比容和淋巴细胞计数可有潜力成为镉毒性的早期预警指标,外周血淋巴细胞比其他血液指标更敏感。

Blood parameters in mice exposed to cadmium for a long time

Abstract:Abstract: Aims: To explore the effect of chronic cadmium exposure on the blood parameters of mice. Methods: Twenty KM male mice were divided into the blank group ( Z ), cadmium low dose group ( CdL ), cadmium medium dose group ( CdM ) and cadmium high dose group ( CdH ). In addition to the blank group, the mice in the latter three groups drank cadmium-containing water ( the concentration was 5 ppm, 20 ppm, 100 ppm in sequence ). Blood was obtained from all mice by eyeball blood collection and detected after seven weeks. Results: Compared with normal mice, the lymphocyte values in the medium and high dose groups of cadmium were increased, and the increase in the medium dose group was statistically significant ( P = 0.021,Z = -2.30 ); the width of red blood cell volume distribution ( RDW-C ) and mean red blood cell volume ( MCV ) in the high-dose group were significantly lower than those in the normal group ( P = 0.049, H = 7.869; P = 0.042, H=8.181); The platelet count and red blood cell volume of the cadmium exposed group were decreased gradually with the increase of cadmium concentration. Conclusion: red blood cell volume and lymphocyte counts have the potential to become early warning indicators of cadmium toxicity in low cadmium exposure, and peripheral blood lymphocytes are more sensitive than other blood indicators.
