| 摘 要： | 采用免疫组织化学ABC法对14例流行性牛白血病肿瘤组织P53蛋白阳性表达和分布进行了观察分析,结果表明:肿瘤组织中P53阳性细胞表达形式有三种,即弥散型、局灶型和周边型。14例流行性牛白血病淋巴结肿瘤组织中,P53阳性表达率64.2%,心脏肿瘤组织中P53阳性表达率80%,8例肾脏肿瘤组织中P53阳性表达率75%,相应瘤旁组织中均未发现P53阳性表达。淋巴结、肾脏、心脏肿瘤三种组织中P53阳性细胞表达强度差异不显著(P>0.05)。提示,流行性牛白血病的发生与肿瘤组织中P53蛋白表达有重要关系。 |

| Abstract: | Positive expression and distribution of P53 protein in 14 cases of bovine leucosis tumorous tissue were observed and analyzed by immunohistochemical(S-P) assay. Results show that the P53 positive cell in the tumorous tissues has three kinds of patterns: diffuse pattern, local lesion pattern and peripheral pattern. The positive expression rate of P53 in 14 cases of bovine leucosis lymphden tumorous tissue is 80%, in 8 cases of kidney tumorous tissue the positive expression rate of P53 is 75%, but positive expression of P53 has not been found in peri-tumorous tissue. Expressional intensity of P53 positive cell in lymphaden, kidney and heart tumorous tissues have no significant difference(P>0.05). These results indicate that progression of enzootic bovine leucosis is closely related to expression of P53 protein in tumorous tissues. |
