摘    要:多效唑(PP_(333))浸种对甜菜地上部生长具有前控、后促作用。前期,仰制生长,降低株高和茎叶鲜重,缩短叶长,增加叶厚。后期,促进生长,至收获时,处理与对照间已无明显差异。PP_(333)浸种对地下部生长有明显的促进作用,可增加块根产量1.8%~8.9%,提高含糖0.02°~0.24°。此外,其尚能显著地增加甜菜叶片的气孔阻力,降低蒸腾速率,从而提高了叶片的抗旱能力。

Abstract:PP333 soaking seed could inhibit and promote the sbove - ground part growth in earlier and later stages respectively. In earlier growing stage, PP333 treatment inhibited growth and decreased height, fresh weight of plant and increased thickness of leaves. In later growing stage, it had promoted growth, thus these difference between treatments and control was disappeared at the stage of harvest. PP333 treatment had promote root growth and increased root yield 1. 8-8. 9% and sugar contetn 0. 02-0. 24 degree. It also increased stoma resistance and decreased transpiration ratio of leaves. Therefore, the drought resistance of leaves was increased by PP333treatment.
