灯泡贯流泵机组支撑形式比较

摘    要:为了优化贯流泵机组支撑结构,提高其综合性能,将贯流泵机组支撑划分为主轴系轴承座支撑、灯泡体支撑和泵体支撑3个层次.研究了3种典型贯流泵机组的支撑形式;通过受力分析,计算了主轴变形和疲劳强度安全系数;从泵机组可靠性、安装维修性、总体结构和泵装置水力性能等方面,比较了几种支撑形式.从主轴轴承数量、布置及安装、灯泡体支撑和泵体支撑等方面,提出了灯泡贯流泵机组支撑的设计原则和方法.结果表明:灯泡贯流泵机组支撑形式不但影响可靠稳定性能和安装维修性能,还严重影响系统水力性能.电机转子和水泵叶轮挠度分别为0.19~0.39mm和0.22~0.62mm,滑动轴承和滚动轴承油膜厚度分别为0.41~0.53mm和0.12~0.17mm:为了保证运行时电机空气间隙和水泵叶片间隙均匀,导轴承座安装高程应考虑转子和叶轮的挠度以及导轴承的油膜厚度.合理布置导轴承,灯泡体采用辐射板支撑,进人孔与灯泡体底部主支撑合用,采用金属管泵段式结构,可以提高灯泡贯流泵机组的可靠性能和水力性能.结果对灯泡贯流泵机组的优化设计具有参考价值.
