| 摘 要： | 为了掌握两栖爬行动物资源现状,加强生物多样性的保护与促进生态旅游的可持续发展,作者于2005年7月2日—10日,2006年7月22日—29日,2007年4月9日—16日、6月2日—10日和8月24日—31日,主要采用样线法和访问调查法,前后5次对湖南南岳衡山国家级自然保护区两栖爬行动物资源进行了实地调查。结果表明:该保护区两栖爬行动物物种多样性丰富,现已记录两栖爬行动物67种。其中:两栖动物23种,隶属于2目8科,占湖南省已知两栖动物65种的35.38%;爬行动物44种,隶属于3目9科,占湖南省已记录96种爬行动物的45.83%。两栖爬行动物区系属于东洋界华中区东部丘陵平原亚区,有51种为东洋界物种,16种为广布种,无古北界物种分布。建议加强资源监测与保护管理,减少保护区内的人为干扰。 |

| Abstract: | In order to master amphibian and reptile resources status, strengthen biodiversity conservation and promote sustainable development of ecotourism, the amphibian and reptile resources in Hunan Nanyue Hengshan National Nature Reserve were investigated by line transect sampling and interview survey on July 2nd-10th , 2005 ; July 22nd-29th, 2006 ; April 9th-16th, June 2nd- 10th, and August 24th-31 st, 2007. The results showed that the species diversity of amphibian and reptile was rich and 67 species of amphibian and reptile were recorded. There were 23 species of amphibian belonging to 2 orders, 8 families, accounted for 35.38% of the total 65 species of amphibian recorded in Hunan Province. And there were 44 species of reptile belonging to 3 orders, 9 families, accounted for 45.83% of the total 96 species of reptile recorded in Hunan Province. The amphibian and reptile fauna belonged to Oriental realm, Central China district, eastern hilly plain sub-district. Among 67 species of amphibian and reptile, 51 species were Oriental species, 16 species were widespread species, without Palaearctic species. Meanwhile suggestions were pointed out to control the human activities and improve the management in the nature reserve. |
