摘    要:经几年来的调研,筛选出黑色食品新资源——紫叶甘薯菜1号,并进行了营养功能分析,首次在甘薯茎尖叶片中测出富含绿原酸及原花青素等生物色素,目前正在试种。

Abstract:The new black food resourcePurple Leaf Sweet Potato No.1 was selected by authors after several years' search and investigation.Its nutrition and function were analyzed,the results indicated that the shoot-tips and leaves were rich in chlorogenic acid and biological pigments such as anthocyanidin,and the test cultivation was under way.
