利用糖糟与啤酒糟生产蛋白饲料的研究

摘    要:以糖糟和啤酒糟为原料,接入酵母菌,生产蛋白饲料。实验结果表明:在糖糟70%、啤酒糟30%的配比条件下,固态法发酵60h,发酵温度30℃,每克发酵基质中可得酵母95亿个。发酵基质粗蛋白从25%提高到36%,得到粗蛋白含量很高的优质蛋白饲料。

Abstract:To make the thalli protein, the yeast were put into the sugar-free grains and the beer grains. The results showed that as follows: at 30℃, as the raw material, the sugar-off grains and beer grains were mixed in the proportion of 7:3, the number of the yeast can be 9.5 billion in 1 gram raw material through 60 hours. The content of the raw protein in the raw material can be increased to 36% from 25%. So the high quality feeding protein can be produced.
