摘    要:为筛选出适宜冷凉地区甘薯健康种薯的繁育种植模式,以济薯26、烟薯25、济薯25的试管苗扩繁的薯苗为材料,开展不同种植方式对种薯繁育的影响研究。结果发现平栽法下三个品种的块根产量、结薯数以及中薯率均高于斜插法。相同的栽插方式和栽植密度条件下,随着栽插时间的推迟种薯产量和大薯率逐渐降低。不同的栽植密度下,三个品种的块根产量、干物率差异不显著,其中在T4(5 500株/667 m2)和T5(6 000株/667 m2)种植密度下其种薯的中薯率达到70%以上。综合种薯的各种性状表现,按照5 500~6 000株/667 m2的密度在5月20日采用平栽法进行种植其种薯产量和中薯率最优。

Effects of Different Planting Methods on Propagation of Seed Sweet Potato
Abstract:In order to screen out the suitable transplanting methods for cultivating virus-free sweet potatoes in cold regions, the seedlings of Jishu 26, Yanshu 25 and Jishu 25 were used as test varieties under field conditions in western China. The results showed that the horizontal planting method yielded significantly higher root yield, root number, and medium-sized root percentage compared to the oblique planting method across all three cultivars. Moreover, when the same planting method and density were applied, root yield and the percentage of large roots gradually decreased with delayed planting time. For the three cultivars tested, no difference in the root yield and dry matter content were observed under the different planting densities However,the percentage of medium root reached more than 70% under the planting densities of T4 (5 500 plants/667 m2) and T5 (6 000 plants/667 m2). Overall, the performance of various characters of root, the horizontal planting + planting densities of 5 500-6 000 plants/667 m2+May 20 is the optimal combination under the test conditions.
