| 摘 要： | 随着现代鸡蛋药物残留的问题日益突出，无抗鸡蛋的生产成为趋势。本文通过结合生产实践，探索无抗鸡蛋生产技术的关键控制点，提出了无抗养殖技术的十大技术体系，通过加强鸡群周边生物安全环境，提高饲养管理水平和疫病防控能力，联合使用中草药和益生菌等添加剂，最终达到生产无抗鸡蛋的目的。

| Abstract: | With the escalating concerns regarding drug residues in egg production, the antibacterial-free egg already has become a prevailing industry trend. Combined with production practice, key strategies for realizing antibiotic-free egg production were explored, and then the innovativ antibiotic-free techniques were proposed. By enhancing the bio-security environment surrounding the chicken flocks,refining feeding management and disease prevention, and incorporating additives like herbs and probiotics, the goal of producing antibacterial-free egg was attained. |
