摘    要:以一年生栽培大豆品种(Lee68,耐盐性较强)和野生大豆品系(N23232,耐盐性较弱)为参照,以水培结合盐土种植的方法,从生长速率、电解质渗漏率和离子分布等方面,研究了盐生野大豆品系(BB52)的耐盐机理.结果表明,盐胁迫下,该品系幼苗生长受抑程度最轻,电解质渗漏率升幅最小.根系吸收的Na+、Cl-向地上部(尤其是叶片)的运输较少,而对

Abstract:In contrast with the annual Glycine max (Lee68, the salt tolerant)and Glyc ine soja (N23232, the salt sensitive), the growing rate, electr olytic leakage , ionic distribution and mechanism of salt tolerance in salt born Glycine so ja (BB52, the most salt tolerant)w ere investigated under salt solution and salt soil culture. The results showed t hat, the inhibition of growth and increase of electrolytic leakage in BB52 seedl ings were the least. The Na and Cl - absorbed by roots were less transporte d to the upper part of the seedlings, especially to the leaves, but the selectivity o f K was stronger. The reasons for salt injury or salt tolerance in soybean we re also discussed on the aspect of ion toxicity.
