| 摘 要： | 比较研究了健长散和黄霉素在猪中的应用效果.选取健康、体重约为55 kg的杜×长×大育肥猪64头,按体重相近、公母各半的原则将其分为对照组和试验组,每组32头猪.基粮按我国猪的现行饲养标准配制.将基粮中加黄霉素(20mg/kg体重)后,喂对照组猪；将基粮中加0.3％健长散后,喂试验组猪.饲养试验结果如下:(1)对照组猪腹泻频次为4；试验组猪腹泻频次为2.(2)试验组猪日均增重极显著地快于对照组猪(P＜0.01).(3)试验组猪血清GOT活性、TG、VLDL显著地低于对照组猪(P＜0.05)；试验组猪血清口蹄疫抗体显著地高于对照组猪(P＜0.05)；然而,两组猪血清GPT活性,TP、BUN、GLU、Ca、P、Mg、IgG含量,猪瘟、圆环病毒、蓝耳病抗体含量无显著差异(P＞0.05).根据以上一系列的试验结果可推断,与黄霉素比较,健长散不仅对猪有更好的保健促生长作用,而且在不同程度上可改善猪的营养生化代谢.

| Abstract: | 64 healthy,three-way crossbred(Duroc×Landrace×Yorkshire) finishing pigs weighting about 55kg were divided into 2 groups:control group and experimental group(32 pigs/each group).Basic diet was made according to recent pig’s feeding standard in our country.Pigs in control group pigs were fed with basal diet supplemented flavomycin(20 mg/kg),and pigs in the experimental group were fed with basal diet supplemented with 0.3% compound medical herbs.Formal feeding experiment peirod was 40 days.Feeding experimental results were as follows:1)The frequencies of diarrhea of the control group pigs were 4;those of the experimental group pigs were 2;2)The average daily gain of the experimental group pigs was significantly higher than that in control group pigs(P<0.01);3)The GOT activity,TAG,and vLDL in serum of the experimental group pigs were lower than that in control group pigs(P<0.05);4)the antibody against foot-and-mouth disease virus in serum of the experimental group pigs were higher than that in control group pigs(P<0.05),but the GPT activity,TP,UN,Glu,Ca,P,Mg,IgG,and antibodies against swine fever,circovirus and PRRS virus in serum of the two group pigs have no remarkable differences(P>0.05).Based on above results the conclusion was made:compared with flavomycin,compound medical herbs efficiently promotes growth of pigs and guarantees health,and improves nutritively biochemical metabolism at various degrees. |
