用微量吸管法测定红壤颗粒组成的研究

摘    要:用微量吸管法对红壤颗粒组成进行了研究,结果表明,用土量4.00g,吸液量5 mL的微量吸管法的测定结果稳定,与吸管法无明显差异,重现性优于比重计法,能满足快速测定的需要.但用土量太少(2.00g)或吸液量太少(2.5 mL)可能会引起较大的偏差.

Abstract:It was concluded from the results on a wide range texture of soils that particle composition of red soils could be analyzed effectively with a micro-pipette method (using 4.00 g soil and sampling 5 mL suspension) that have low coefficient of variation with accuracy and precision comparable to pipette method and much higher repeatable than hydrometer method. Micro-pipette method could meet requirement for rapid determination of soil particle composition. However, variability between replicates was higher when only 2.0 g of soil was used or 2.5 mL suspension was sampled in the micro-pipette method.
