| 摘 要： | 在对南京师范大学读者问卷调查的基础上,通过整体分层随机抽样的方法选取样本的分析结果,论述了图书馆管理员对读者资源利用情况会产生的心理效应,为使读者能够更好的利用图书馆的资源,从心理学角度提出了改进建议。 |

| Abstract: | Based on the questionnaire completed by the readers of Nanjing Normal University,this paper explains the psychological effects of library staff on the readers＇ use of library resources.In order to enable readers to make use of the resources better,we also give some suggestions from the standpoint of psychology. |
