正交设计法优选多被银莲花总黄酮的提取工艺

摘    要:优选两头尖总黄酮的超声最佳提取方法。以两头尖中总黄酮的提取率为指标,并采用正交设计法优选两头尖总黄酮超声提取工艺。结果表明:两头尖总黄酮的最佳提取工艺为乙醇体积分数55%、料液比1∶12、超声波作用功率80W、超声波作用时间30min。在此实验条件下,多被银莲花干燥根茎两头尖的黄酮粗品的提取率为3.68%。超声提取两头尖工艺简便、经济、合理,此工艺条件可行。

Orthogonal Experiments for the Extracting Conditions of Anemone raddeana Total Flavonoids

Abstract:In order to get the optimal conditions for ultrasonic extraction of total flavonoids from liangtoujian the study were investigated by orthogonal array design.The content of total flavonoids was determined spectrometrically using rutin as reference substance.Results:The optimal extraction conditions were obtained as follows:ethanol concentration 55% and material/liquid ratio 1∶12,ultrasonic power 80W,treatment time 30min,Under these conditions,the extraction yield of crude total flavonoids from liangtoujian was 3.68% and the content of total flavonoids in crude extracts.Conclusion:The optimized process remarkably increases the extraction yield of total flavonoids from liangtoujian and has a promising prospect for practical applications.
