| 摘 要： | 目的研究东北天南星块茎的化学成分。方法采用大孔树脂、硅胶、ODS柱色谱分离纯化。经理化常数、光谱学方法鉴定结构。结果分离得到了6种化合物，鉴定了其中的4种。结构分别为夏佛托苷（1），异夏佛托苷（2），蔗糖（3）和松二糖（4）。结论4种化合物均为首次从东北天南星块茎中得到。

| Abstract: | Objective Isolation and structural elucidation of the chemical composition of the tubers of Arisaema amurense Maxim. Methods Solvent extraction and column chromatography were used to isolate the chemical composition, and physico-chemical constants and spectroscopic analysis were employed for the structural elucidation. Results Six compounds were isolated, and four of them were elucidated as schaftoside4（1）, isoschaftoside （2）, sucrose （3）, turanose（4）. Conclusion The four compounds were isolated from Arisaema amurense Maxim for the first time. |
