黄芪根瘤内生细菌GBL18-2次生代谢产物化学成分及抑菌活性研究

摘    要:采用常规化学成分检测手段,对黄芪根瘤内生菌GBL18-2菌株次生代谢产物,用氯仿等有机溶剂萃取物进行检测,结果表明其次生代谢产物中存在蒽醌类、黄酮类、甾体三萜类等物质;次生代谢产物对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑制作用明显高于大肠杆菌;正丁醇相产物对金黄色葡萄球菌的最低抑菌浓度最低,为11.5μg/mL。

Abstract:Through the extraction with organic solvents(chloroform and so on),this research used the conventional chemical composition examination method to test the secondary metabolite from endogenesis bacteria strain GBL18-2 found on the root nodule of radix astragali.The results indicated that the secondary metabolite in strain GBL18-2 contained anthraquinone,flavanone,steroid three terpene and so on.The inhibitory effect of the secondary metabolite on golden-yellow staphylococcus Staphyloccocus aureus was obviously higher than that on Escherichia coli.The lowest bacteriostasis concentration of the normal butyl alcohol product to Staphyloccocus aureus was the lowest,being 11.5 μg/mL.
