稻穗不同部位籽粒垩白程度变异分析

摘    要:为了研究水稻籽粒垩白程度与粒位的关系,选用具有不同垩白程度的3个粳稻品种,比较分析了不同品种同一穗上垩白粒分布及其与粒形和单粒重间的关系。结果表明,品种间同一穗上垩白分布有所差异,垩白少的水稻品种玉丰垩白籽粒大部分分布在穗中下部和二次枝梗上,垩白相对多的武运粳7号穗上垩白粒分布比较均等,与穗上籽粒位置的关系不明显;垩白程度与粒长呈显著的负相关,与粒重及粒长宽比品种间表现不一,武运粳7号和96-110品种的粒重与垩白程度呈显著的负相关,而玉丰品种没有明显的相关关系,粒长宽比与垩白程度96-110品种呈显著的正相关,而其他两个品种没有明显的相关关系。

Abstract:Positions of chalkiness grains and the relationship of grain shape and grain weight in the same panicle were analyzed with three different japonica rice varieties which have different degree of chalkiness .The results indicate that positions of chalkiness grains was different in the same panicle. A majority of chalkiness grains of Yufeng which had little chalkiness were distributed in the middle and the below of the panicle and the secondary branch, comparatively chalkiness grains of wuyungeng7 which had the more chalkiness were distributed relatively equalization, and they were not evident with the grain position. The degree of chalkiness was significant negative correlated with grain length in same panicle, but there were different behaviors in grain weight and length with width ratio. The degree of chalkiness was significant negative correlated with grain weight in same panicle of wuyungeng7 and 96-110. The correlation between degree of chalkiness and length with width ratio was positive in 96-110, and the others were not evident.
