摘    要:任意引物PCR技术是通过使用短的单一引物进行聚合酶链反应,能给基因组提供几百个多态性标记,它是分析基因组间差异的有力工具。它已被广泛用于物种的分类、鉴定、估计亲缘关系、混合基因组样本的分析及创造特异探针等。其主要优点是适用于任何生物、使用的量极少及其高效性和低成本。本文对这种技术的产生、原理、特点、应用及进展作一综述。

Abstract:By using short single oligomer primer with arbitrarily chosen sequences in polymerase chain reaction, the random amplified polymorphic DNA(RAPD) technique can potentially provide hundreds of polymorphic markers of genetic Molecular genetic markers have been developed into powerful tools to analyses genetic relationships and genetic diversity As an extension to the variety of existing techniques using polymorphic DNA markers, the RAPD technique may be used in molecular ecology to determine taxonomic identity, assess kinship relationships, analyses mixed genome samples, and create specific probes and so on Main advantages of the RAPD technology include suitability for work on anonymous genomes, applicability to problems where only limited quantities of DNA are available, efficiency and low expense My article described the creation, theory, characteristic, application and development of the RAPD techniques
