棉花抗枯萎病性遗传及其稳定性的研究初报

摘    要:采用五个抗病亲本与一个感病亲本正反交作抗性遗传试验结果,表明抗枯萎病的遗传效应是呈不完全显性,杂种一代的抗性表现趋向母本。五个抗病亲本对我国三个生理型的五个菌系无分化性的互作反应,这些亲本在零星病地种植两年,抗性没有下降趋势,说明这些抗病品种不仅抗性稳定,而且适应性广。但杂种后代在零星病地种植一年的抗性,与在病圃种植无显著差异,第二年抗性降低,因此,在抗病育种过程中,杂种后代F_1可以在零星病地种植,但F_2必须在病圃内进行筛选,才能获得较多的抗病个体。

Abstract:Reciprocal crosses between five strains with wilt resistant and asusceptible cultivar of upland cotton were made.The inheritable effect of wilt-resistance exhibits in the hybrid F1 as partial dominance,and tended toward the female parent.The heritability of host-pathogen interaction were not differential in five resistant parents versus five pathogen isolates of three physiological races collected from our country.The resistant parents maintained their resistibility for two years when grown on light infected soils.Results indicated that these sources of wilt-resistance were stable and adaptable.However,the resistibility of hybrids had no difference in the first year,whether they were grown on the light infected soils or on the artificial inoculated bed.In the second year,the resistibility of their progenies(F2)decreased.Therefore,in process of wilt-resistant breeding,the F1 may be grown on the light infected soils, but the F must be grown in the artificial inoculated bed,for select mo-re number of resistant individuals.
