青贮玉米自交系农艺性状的配合力分析及杂优模式探讨

摘    要:以10份玉米自交系为母本、4份玉米骨干自交系为父本,按NCⅡ不完全双列杂交设计组配40份组合,从株高、穗位高、茎粗、绿叶数、植株鲜重和果穗鲜重6个性状进行配合力评价和对照优势分析。结果表明,青贮玉米自交系GRL62491、GRL5256、GRL6176一般配合力较高,杂交组合GRL6176/GRL62491、GRL5256/GRL315、GRL5256/GRL62491表现较好。"温带种质×光周期反应钝感的热带亚热带种质"杂种优势模式可应用于专用型青贮玉米品种选育。

Abstract:Ten maize inbred lines as female parent and four elite inbred lines as male parent were used to produce forty combinations by NC-II Genetic mating design for combining ability and heterosis analysis on six agronomic traits, including plant height, ear height, stem diameter, number of green leaves, fresh weight of plant and fresh weight of ear. The results showed that maize inbred lines GRL62491, GRL5256, GRL6176 were much higher than the others in general combining abilities(GCA), and the combinations GRL6176/GRL62491, GRL5256/GRL315, GRL5256/GRL62491 were performance better in special combination ability(SCA). The heterosis model is expected to be applied in silage maize breeding of "temperate×tropical(subtropical) germplasm with photoperiodic response insensitivity".
