天津市农村生活污水产生数量估算和分析

摘    要:为了提升农村污水的收集和处理工作,明确天津市农村地区生活污水的排放数量,采用排放系数法对天津农村生活污水排放量进行了估算。为了评价计算结果的准确性,将计算结果和调查统计得到的数据进行对比分析。根据天津农村地区的人口总量、人均用水量和污水排放系数计算出天津农村生活污水产生量为5.904×107m3/a,占2008年天津市城镇生活污水排放总量的14.9%。通过和调查统计法得到的数据进行对比,表明该计算方法是可行的。计算结果显示天津农村生活污水排放量相对较低,但由于缺少污水收集管网和处理设施,农村水环境污染状况日益严重。指出应该提前规划做好农村地区生活污水的收集和处理工作,保护好广大农村地区的生活环境。

Abstract:In order to improve the collection and disposal of the domestic sewage in the rural areas and to identify the drainage amount of the domestic sewage in the rural areas of Tianjin,the method of discharge coefficient was used to calculate this amount. The area of research included all the rural distracts in Tianjin and the drainage amount from calculation was compared to that from statistical investigation to assess the feasibility. According to population,water intake norm and sewage discharge coefficient in the rural areas of Tianjin,the amount of the domestic sewage in the rural areas of Tianjin was about 5.904 × 107 m3/a,which was about 14.9% of the municipal wastewater in Tianjin in 2008. The result showed that the method was feasible comparison with the statistical investigation. Though the drainage amount of the domestic sewage in the rural areas of Tianjin was low,the environmental pollution in rural areas was serious owing to lack of wastewater collection and disposal system. The suggestion was proposed that the domestic sewage in the rural areas should be collected and disposed as soon as possible to improve the environmental situation in the rural areas.
