| 摘 要： | １９８８年以来进行玉米ＤＮＡ通过浸穗处理直接导入二棱大麦的试验，在诱发的变异体中获得了多棱分枝的大麦新种质．本文报告了多棱分枝大麦的形态特征和遗传背景的研究结果，并对新种质及其利用等问题进行了初步讨论．

| Abstract: | The experiment of maize DNA transferring into two-row barley recipients was conducted with the method of“Soaking Spikelets”in 1988.As a result,a new barley type,polyrow barley with multi～branches of spikelets,was obtained.In this paper,some aspects about appearence and genetic background of the barley mutants were revealed,moreover,their ultilization was discussed primarily. |
