| 摘 要： | 详细论述了蛋鸡受高温影响所产生的一系列应激反应。高温可使蛋鸡体温升高，代谢紊乱，胃肠机能障碍，并导致呼吸加快甚至呼吸困难；还可影响激素的产生及使免疫器官发育不全。说明高温应激影响蛋鸡的生长发育及提高死亡率，导致经济效益显著下降，并阐述了避免高温应激的方法和措施。

| Abstract: | This article reviewed a series of stress resulted from the effect of high temperature on egg laying chickens.High temperature can cause body temperature rise,metabolism derangement,stomach and bowels disfunction,techypnea or dyspnea.High temperature can also affect hormone production,dysimmunity.High temperature stress will affect growth and increase death rate which may greatly reduce economic benefits.This article also elaborated the method and step of avoiding high temperature stress. |
