| 摘 要： | 目的]提高烟梗在卷烟中利用效率.方法]采用蒸汽-微波协同膨胀技术制备复合膨胀烟梗,将其分切成梗丝,应用于某品牌卷烟中与原烟样品进行对比,并以不同比例掺配,对感官质量进行分析.结果]试验表明,利用卷烟厂制梗丝线现有设备可顺利完成复合膨胀烟梗制梗丝;与传统梗丝相比,成型梗丝颜色形态接近叶丝,具有良好的掺混均匀性;应用于成品卷烟后在卷烟物理指标和主流烟气指标上,与对照样接近,均满足卷烟工艺规范;同时在感官上的评价有所提高,体现在杂气较轻,干净程度和回味较好;当成型梗丝掺配比例为15％时,感官评价最好.结论]复合膨胀烟梗在卷烟中的应用具备技术可行性.

| Abstract: | Objective ] To improve utilization rate of tobacco stem in cigarette. Method] Steam - microwave synergistic expansion was used to prepare compound expansion tobacco stem, then the stem was cut and applicated in a certain brand of cigarette, the sensory quality was analyzed. Result ] The results showed that ： it was possible for the collaborative expanded tobacco stem to use the cigarette-maker＇ s original shred process. Compared with the traditional cut rolled stem, the new was close to the tobacco leaf shred both in color and in shape, and in particular, could be mixed well into the cigarette without the appearance of having wood-like pieces. The test results, of cigarette-mainstream smoke and physical characteristics of tobacco, were similar with the control. And its advantages were, in terms of organoleptic quality, low offensive taste, slight irritancy and clean after taste. When 15% was added, the best organoleptic quality could be reached. Conclusion] The application of composite expansive tobacco stem in cigarette is feasible. |
