| 摘 要： | 6-取代烯糖是糖化学中合成活性天然产物和低聚糖的重要中间体。以未保护的吡喃糖为原料合成溴代糖,生成的溴代糖在Zn-PEG600-H2O以及超声波条件下经还原消除生成6-取代乙酰化烯糖,产率为80~92%,合成的溴代糖以及烯糖的结构经1H NMR表征确认。提供了一种操作简便、成本低的合成烯糖的方法。
