摘    要:6-取代烯糖是糖化学中合成活性天然产物和低聚糖的重要中间体。以未保护的吡喃糖为原料合成溴代糖,生成的溴代糖在Zn-PEG600-H2O以及超声波条件下经还原消除生成6-取代乙酰化烯糖,产率为80~92%,合成的溴代糖以及烯糖的结构经1H NMR表征确认。提供了一种操作简便、成本低的合成烯糖的方法。

Abstract:6-Substitued glycals are useful synthetic intermediates in the synthesis of biologically active natural products and oligosaccharide in carbohydrate chemistry.6-Substitued acetylated glycals were synthesized via a convenient and low-cost procedure,in which glycosyl bromides obtained from the unprotected pyranoid sugar undergo the reductive elimination in the presence of Zn-PEG600-H2O and ultrasound,a yield of 80%~92% of glycals was obtained.The structures of all glycals and glycosyl bromides have been confi...
