| 摘 要： | 核桃叶片中酚类、多糖和蛋白含量丰富,影响了基因组DNA的提取。以CTAB法为基础进行了改良,并对核桃叶片基因组DNA进行提取。结果表明,通过在研磨时添加PVPP后的改良CTAB法不仅操作简单,经济高效,而且去除多糖和多酚类物质彻底,能成功用于核桃的基因克隆研究,在核桃DNA提取中值得大力推广使用。 |

| Abstract: | The content of phenols,polysaccharides and proteins is abundant in walnut leaves.These substances affect it has effect on the extraction of genomic DNA.This paper modified the extraction method of genomic DNA based on CTAB method,and extracted the genomic DNA in walnut leaves.It turns out that the modified CTAB method,which is gotten by adding PVPP when grinding,is not only simple operation,economical and efficient,but also it can remove phenols,polysaccharides thoroughly and can apply to the research of wa... |
