| 摘 要： | 试验初步研究了克阔乐用于防除罂粟的效果。采用随机完全区组设计,在罂粟花蕾期喷施24%的克阔乐,研究其对罂粟叶片光合特性(photosynthesisi traits)、叶绿素含量(chlorophyll content)、相对含水量(relative water con-tent)、细胞质膜相对透性(plasma membrane permeability)和脯氨酸含量(proline content)的影响。结果表明:随处理浓度的增加,光合速率(Pn)、蒸腾速率(Tr)气孔导度(Gs)、细胞相对含水量(RWC)和叶绿素含量(CCI)均有不同程度的降低,而胞间CO2浓度(Ci)、脯氨酸含量(PC)和相对透性表现为升高的趋势。其中0.5 mL.L-1、1.0 mL.L-1和2.0 mL.L-1处理对植株的影响不明显,4.0 mL.L-1处理后Pn和Tr与对照相比显著减小,植株表现出不同程度的萎蔫,8.0 mL.L-1处理后各指标均极显著低于对照,且植株严重萎蔫枯死。花蕾期喷施4.0 mL.L-1的24%克阔乐乳剂可高效快速杀灭原植物罂粟。
