| 摘 要： | 采用大田试验研究了休闲期不同覆盖条件下施氮量对旱地小麦籽粒蛋白质形成的影响,从而通过改革耕作技术,达到提高旱地小麦品质的目的。结果表明,随着施氮量的增加,籽粒蛋白质含量在地膜覆盖和纸覆盖条件下显著增加;籽粒GMP含量的峰值随施氮量的增加而增加。结果还表明,3个不同施氮水平,在灌浆后期籽粒游离氨基酸和蛋白质含量以地膜覆盖最高;籽粒蛋白质产量均表现为地膜覆盖>纸覆盖>不覆盖>尼龙网覆盖,且处理之间差异显著。施氮量可较大地调控籽粒游离氨基酸、花后25~37 d籽粒GMP含量、籽粒灌浆后期籽粒蛋白质含量对不同覆盖材料的响应。总之,休闲期采用地膜覆盖,施氮量为150 kg.hm-2可获得较高的籽粒蛋白质含量及产量。
