小麦×大麦杂种后代早熟衍生系的选择和鉴定

摘    要:早熟是大麦的突出优良性状,通过普通小麦与栽培大麦杂交,可把大麦的早熟性状导入到普通小麦中。为了获得确定的小-大麦早熟新种质,以中早熟小麦品种小偃22作对照,对小-大麦杂种回交后代分离群体进行选择,筛选出比对照早熟3~5 d的2个遗传稳定衍生系:WB0528和WB0647。这2个早熟株系具有抽穗与大麦基本同期,灌浆快的特点。经过细胞学和染色体组原位杂交(GISH)鉴定,2个株系均为附加了两条能够相互配对,且携带有含早熟性状大麦染色体的二体异附加系。

Abstract:The early mature is prominent and excellent character of cultivated barley,which can introduce into common wheat by Hybridization of Wheat × Barley.In order to obtain new early mature gemplasms,in this study,two stable heredity derive lines WB0528 and WB0647 with early mature character have been selected from the backcross progenies F1 hybrids between common wheat and cultivated barley with common wheat,and the check variety is XiaoYan 22 with middle early mature.The two early mature lines have same heading stage as barley and grouting quickly than common wheat.By the cytology identifying and GISH analysis,these two lines show disomic addition lines with a pair barley chromosome.
