| 摘 要： | 运用系统优化设计与决策理论及方法,针对目前我国胶合板企业的生产状况,对生产过程中的管理决策进行探讨.分析如何进行企业产品定位、质量跟踪及反馈;描述生产管理数据库的建立,提出了多种类型产品混合生产的优化管理模式及两种适合胶合板企业决策的方法.

| Abstract: | The production management strategy for plywood companies in China are discussed in this paper. The principle of optimum system design and the decision making theory are used to analyze the main problems in Chinese plywood companies. The critical issues that are involved are how to make reasonable grades and sorts of the products,a quality tracking and feedback system to ensure high quality management,and building a database for production management. Based on the analysis, the optimum management models of production mix are stated. Finally, two kinds of decision-making methods are recommended for helping plywood companies fulfill more effective management. |
