| 摘 要： | 本文论述了应激中激素分泌的变化,维生素在动物代谢中的作用以及添加维生素C﹑维生素E等对缓解鸡热应激的作用,指出在日粮中添加维生素的重要性。尤其在热应激状态下,给鸡补饲维生素C和维生素E可获得明显的效果。高温期动物体内维生素C和维生素E均不能满足代谢需要,需要补充维生素C和维生素E。补充的维生素C能起到抗热应激作用,其机理如下:抑制热应激时期糖皮质激素的分泌,促进该时期的甲状腺素分泌;清除热应激时期脂质氧化增强所产生的更多的活性氧自由基;推迟热应激蛋白(HSP)的产生。维生素E也是一种抗热应激剂,它的抗热应激作用机理与维生素C既有相似之处,也有一定区别,因此本文介绍了维生素E在热应激时期的抗氧化作用机理,并比较了维生素E与维生素C的不同。此外,还介绍了维生素C和维生素E在鸡抗热应激中的应用。

| Abstract: | This paper addresses the secretion of stress hormones changes in the role of vitamins in animal metabolism and added vitamin C vitamin E to alleviate the heat stress the role of the chicken adding that in Riliang vitamin importance.Especially in the heat stress conditions to chicken Busi vitaminC and vitaminE available results.Heat to animal vitaminC and vitaminE can not meet the metabolic needs the need for additional vitamin C and VitaminE.VitaminC can play a supplementary role resist heat stress the mechanisms are as follows:curb heat stress period of the sugar cortex hormone secretion;For the period thyroxine secretion.Remove heat stress period arising from the increased skin oxidation more reactive oxygen radicals;Deferred heat stress protein(pooled) have.VitaminE is also a resist heat stress agents,which resist heat stress mechanisms and the role of vitaminC are similarities there are some differences the article focused on vitaminE in the heat stress period to resist oxidation role mechanisms and compare the different vitaminE and vitaminC also introduced vitaminC and vitaminE chicken resist heat stress in the application. |
