双环咪唑啉及其季铵盐对N80钢在饱和二氧化碳盐水溶液中的缓蚀性能研究

摘    要:利用失重法评价了双环咪唑啉及其季铵盐缓蚀剂在CO2存在条件下对N80钢的缓蚀性能。双环咪唑啉缓蚀剂(KUC)和双环咪唑啉季铵盐(KUCI)在CO2存在条件下缓蚀率随着缓蚀剂加量的增加而增加,随着温度的升高和CO2压力的增加而降低。与非离子表面活性剂SA-1复配后具有较好的缓蚀效果,缓蚀率增大。在最佳复配时,KUC对N80钢的缓蚀率为96.69%,KUCI对N80钢的缓蚀率为99.03%。

Abstract:The inhibition efficiency of bis-imidazoline and its quaternary-ammonium-salt for N80 steel in CO2 environment was studied by weight loss method.The results show that,in the existance of CO2,the inhibition efficiency of KUC and KUCI is raised by increasing the concentration of two compounds,but reduced by increasing the temperature and CO2 partial pressure.The inhibition effect is good when the two compounds are mixed with non-ionic nonylphenol ethoxylate SA-1.The inhibition efficiency is also high.At the optimum condition,The efficiency of the mixture containing KUC and KUCI is 96.69% and 99.03% respectively.
