| 摘 要： | 采用蛋白质梯度法，以日本鱼粉、米糠、玉米粉、鱼油为主要原料，制作成不同蛋白质含量的配合饲料，分别饲喂倒刺鱼巴]鱼种54d，以增重率、蛋白质效率、饲料系数、生长比率和经济效益为主要指标进行综合评定。结果表明，倒刺鱼巴]饲料蛋白质含量为33．5％时，饲料效果最佳，其增重率为61．34％、生长比率为0．89％、饲料系数为1．90、蛋白质效率为1．58％、增重1kg鱼的饲料成本为8．20元。对各评定指标进行综合分析，发现在平均水温（18．5±2．0）℃，pH6．8-7．2，溶解氧5．4±0．5mg／L的条件下，倒刺鱼巴]鱼种饲料中蛋白质适宜含量的95％置信范围为31．46％-36．56％。
