皖东牛体尺与体重的主成分分析

摘    要:对皖东公牛体重、体高、体斜长、胸围、胸宽、胸深、管围、坐骨端宽和尻长等9个体尺性状和体重进行了测定,母牛在公牛9个性状基础上增加腹围性状,选择公牛累计贡献率达86.44%、母牛累计贡献率达85.37%的4个主成分进行分析。结果表明,体重、坐骨端宽、胸宽变异系数较大,选育潜力也相对较大。皖东牛成年公、母牛体重与体高、体斜长、胸围呈极显著正相关(P0.01),其他性状间存在不同程度的相关。各主分量的特征根分布较广,第一主成分反映出皖东牛整体结构的生长发育状况,第二和第四主成分主要反映皖东牛中躯和后躯的发育状况,母牛的第四主成分反映皖东牛后躯的发育状况,公牛的第四主成分反映皖东牛骨骼的发育状况。

Abstract:In the present study, the body size and weight of the Wandong cattle were measured. Four principal components that accounted for > 86.44% in bulls and > 85.37% in cows of the accumulative contribution rate were used for the principal component analysis. The result showed that the coefficient of variation was relatively high in body weight, sciatic wide, and chest width, indicating great potential in breeding selection. Moreover, a significantly positive correlation between the body weight and body height, body length, and chest circumference was found (P<0.01), while different degrees of correlations existed between the rest of measurement traits. The eigenvalue of each of individual principal components was distributed broadly. The first principal component reflected the entire growth and development condition of Wandong cattles, while the second and fourth principal components reflected the development of middle and hindquarter. The fourth principal component reflected the development of the cow hindquarter and the bull bone development, respectively.
