摘    要:随着人民生活逐步改善,优质、保健的谷类食品逐渐受到人们的青睐。经过4年试验研究,在86个谷子品种中,选出20个优质品种,进行了田间表现和产量测算,再进行品质有关的重要项目化验检测,最后进行小米汤的品尝鉴定,将这些指标量化用百分制评分法给予各个品种相应的分值,依据分值大小评价各个品种的优劣。用这种首创的量化指标评选优质良种的方法,为本地区选出5个各具特色且具有很大推广潜力优质谷子良种。

Abstract:Nowadays high-quality, health food is what people look forward to. With grading method of quantitative indicators, the selection among a number of millet varieties adapts to people's quality, health care needs of agricultural products. The items including test results, yield, field performance and millet soup tasting were quantified, in the degree of their importance and rank, and then graded the quality of millet varieties.This selection method of high-quality varieties are the first in the local area. At the same time, the quantification method has selected five characteristic, high-quality millet varieties which have great potential to promote in the local.
