| 摘 要： | 东营市拥有丰富的土地资源，现有灌溉面积１４．２万ｈｍ＾２，随着工农业生产的发展，需求量越来越大；黄河水资源日益紧张，黄河断流的影响影响也越来越大，因此，针对东营引黄的实际，提出了如下引黄供水的对策；进行灌区老化工程技术改造；修建平原水库；充分利用灌溉间隙，引黄蓄灌源；加强经济调控，合理调整水价；节约用水；严格控制退水，充分利用退水。

Influence of Zero-Flow in Lower Reaches of Yellow River and Strategies for Water Diversion from Yellow River to Dongying City |

| Abstract: | Dongying City is rich in land resources, of which the existing irrigation area is 142,000hm\ 2. It has great potential for developing agriculture. But with the developmment of industry and agriculture, the water demand quantity is increasing more and more, the water resources of the Yellow River is in great demand but short supply day by day, the influence of zero flow in the Yellow River is more and more great. Therefore, in view of the practice of water diversion from the Yellow River to Dongying City, the strategies for water supply of water diversion from the Yellow River are proposed as follows: carrying out technical reform of ageing projects in the irrigation districts; constructing plain reservoirs; making full use of interval time between irrigation times to storage the water diversion from the Yellow River so as to supplement water source; strengthening economic regulation and control, reasonably adjusting water charge; saving water consumption; strictly controlling stream flow recession and making full use of recession flow. |
