| 摘 要： | 为探索人工鱼巢的增殖效果,于2014年2月15日—4月20日,在嘉陵江北碚江段郭家沱和三圣庙产卵场投放人工鱼巢对该区域产黏性卵鱼类进行增殖。结果显示:在两水域人工鱼巢上产卵的为鲤(67.2%)和鲫(32.8%),产卵集中在3月中旬-4月上旬,产卵均有4次峰值,分别粘附鱼卵814.6万和2 194.6万粒;推算本研究投放的人工鱼巢至少可为200组鲤、520组鲫亲鱼提供繁殖场所,增殖鲤58.0万尾、鲫28.4万尾,增加鲤400.4 t、鲫8.7 t,经济价值达491万元。

| Abstract: | Artificial fish nest with area of about 150 m 2 and 1100 bouquet of aquatic plants were set at Guojiatuo and Sanshengmiao spawning grounds in Beibei section of Jialing River from February 15 to April 20,2014 to increase fish resources and evaluate the effect of the artificial fish nest.The results showed that 8.146 million and 21.946 million eggs ( Cyprinus carpio 67.2%, Carassius auratus 32.8%)were laid on two artificial fish nests respectively from middleMarch to early April with four times spawning peaks.According to reasonable data,it could be inferred that there were 200 C.carpio and 520 C.auratus spawned on these two artificial fish nests at least.All the adhesive eggs grew up to 0.58 million C.carpio and 0.284 million C.auratus which weighted about 400.4 t and 8.7 t,respectively.The total value was about4.91 million RMB. |
