| 摘 要： | ‘海大3 号’是从菠萝蜜实生群体中选育出的干苞类新品种。小果型，果实长椭圆形，黄色，
平均单果质量4.47 kg。果苞金黄色，肉质爽脆，浓香，甜而多汁，含可溶性固形物27.50%，维生素C 65.90
mg · kg-1，可溶性蛋白质6.08 g · kg-1。熟果粘胶少，果苞可食率56.95%。5 年生嫁接树平均株产47.85 kg。
适宜在广东省雷州半岛及相近气候条件的地区栽培。

| Abstract: | ‘Haida 3’is a new jackfruit cultivar of hard flesh type，bred by seedling selection. The
cultivar is a small-fruit-type，and the fruit is oblong oval shaped，yellow colored，with an average fruit
weight of 4.47 kg. The pulp of fruit is gold-yellow colored，crisp，fragrant，sweet and juicy. Average
content of soluble solids，vitamin C and soluble protein in pulp of fruit is 27.50%，65.90 mg · kg-1 and 6.08
g · kg-1，respectively. The matured fruit contains little latex，and the average edible rate of fruit pulp is
56.95%. The average yield of single 5-year-old grafted tree is 47.85 kg. The cultivar is suitable for
cultivation in the area of Leizhou Peninsula or others under the similar climate. |
