儿茶素对肉鸭生产性能与屠宰性能及血液生化指标的影响

摘    要:选择体况良好、体重相近的14日龄双鬼头肉鸭240只,随机分为8组,每组3个重复(栏),共24栏,每栏10只,安排采食相应的日粮,分别为处理1(基础日粮),处理2(基础日粮 100 mg/kg乙氧喹),处理3(基础日粮 400 mg/kg V-E),处理4(基础日粮 1 000 mg/kg V-E),处理5(基础日粮 400 mg/kg大叶种儿茶素),处理6(基础日粮 1 000 mg/kg大叶种儿茶素),处理7(基础日粮 400 mg/kg小叶种儿茶素),处理8(基础日粮 1 000 mg/kg小叶种儿茶素),进行为期28 d的试验,每14 d为一个阶段,考察不同抗氧化剂不同剂量对双鬼头肉鸭生产性能、屠宰指标和血液生化指标的影响.结果表明:1)在肉鸭日粮中添加儿茶素不影响肉鸭生产性能;2)在肉鸭日粮中添加儿茶素对半净膛率、腿肌率和胸肌率没有显著影响,对屠宰率、全净膛率和腹脂率有显著改善效果;3)在肉鸭日粮中添加儿茶素能显著影响肉鸭血液的生化指标,减少甘油三酯、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白,增加高密度脂蛋白和球蛋白含量.

Abstract:240 14-day-old Shuanggui-tou duck with good quality and similar weight were randomly divided into 8 groups.Every group was fed the same basal diet,supplement with basic diet,basic diet 100 mg/kg ethoxyquin,basic diet 400 mg/kg big-leaves catechins,basic diet 1 000 mg/kg big-leaves catechins,basic diet 400 mg/kg samll-leaves catechins,basic diet 1 000 mg/kg small-leaves catechins,basic diet 400 mg/kg V-E and basic diet 1 000 mg/kg V-E respectively.Every group included three replicates and each replicate included 10 ducks.The experiment was conducted for 28 days production performance carcass traits and blood biochemical indices after different antioxidants under different additions were detected.The results showed that the addition of catechins had no effect on the production performance,the percentage of half eviscerate yield,leg meat ratio and breast meat ratio,but could affected the percentage of dressed weight,percentage of eviscerated yield and abdomen fat ratio;the addition of catechins could obviously change blood biochemical indices.
