管叶现象对苍山大蒜品质的影响

摘    要:研究结果表明,管叶现象使苍山蒜蒜薹干物质和蛋白质含量(主要是薹上部),总糖含量(主要是薹中部和下部)以及维生素C含量均有不同程度降低,对蒜头品质的影响较小,但管叶株的蒜头及蒜薹各部分游离氨基酸总含量较高,划开管叶可以部分消除这些影响。

Abstract:The research results showed that the tubular leaf phenomenon in plant of garlic cv.Cangshan made the contents of dry matter and protein (esp.in the upper of scape),the total amount of sugar (esp.in the middle and the lower parts of scape) and the content of vitamin C in the scape decreased at different extent.It has less influences on the qualities of the bulb.The total amount of free amino acids appeared higher in the bulb and all parts of the scape.Splitting the tubular leaf after its occurence could partly eliminate the influences mentioned above.
