土壤EUF──N、P与玉米生长量及其氮磷吸收量相关性研究

摘    要:对EUF(电超滤法)-N、P测定值与盆栽试验玉米生物学产量及植株氮磷吸收量之间的相关性研究结果表明,EUF-N,P与植株氮,磷吸收量的相关性达极显著水平,EUF-N(N-NO3^-),P与碱解氮,Olsen-P均达极显著相关,EUF-N,P可作为土壤供氮,磷能力的强度和容量指标,适合于石灰性土壤有效氮,磷养分的提取。

Abstract:Correlation between EUF (Electro-ultrafiltration) -N,P and corn biomass production in the pot planting,amount of N,P uptaken by plants was studied.The results shown that correlation between corn biomass production and alkali-hydrolyzable nitrogen,Olsen-P,EUF-P,EUF-N-N3- was very significance.EUF-N,P and amount of N,P uptaken by plant,EUF-N-N3-,P and alkali-hydrolyzable nitrogen,Olsen-P were very significance respectively.It suggested that amount of EUF-N,P could be the index of N,P supplying on intensity and capacity from soil to plant.So,it was a suitable extraction method in available N,P determination in calcareous soil.
