小麦节间维管组织与灌浆速率及粒重的相关性研究

摘    要:分析了8个冬小麦品种维管束变化和灌浆速率,结果表明,节间大维管束数目由上至下增加,小维管束数目则递减,存在着互补关系,品种大维管束面积大时,小维管束面积也较大,流的总面积主要受大维管束面积和数目的制约。灌浆速率与千粒重,总面积呈极显著相关,最大灌浆期与千粒重也呈极显著相关

Abstract:Fibrovascular bundle and filling rate have been analysesed for eight whter wheat varieties.The resups that bigger fibrovascular bundle in internode increased and little fibrovascular bundle decreased from the top to the root.As vast fibrovascular area is bigger,the little fibrovascular is also bigger.The "source" that is total area was affected by bigger fibrovascular.Grain filling up in variety is a "s" curve.The curve can be simulated by logistic equation in computer.
