柠檬酸对锰胁迫下大豆幼苗生长特性的影响

摘    要:以大豆黑农46为材料,研究了外源柠檬酸对锰胁迫下大豆幼苗生长特性的影响。结果表明,随着锰胁迫加强,未施用柠檬酸处理(处理前)大豆幼苗根冠比总体上升,施用柠檬酸处理(200μmol/L)根冠比总体下降。与处理前相比,处理后的叶绿素含量、脯氨酸含量、电导率总体下降,可溶性糖含量先上升后下降,叶绿素a/b变化不规律。结果表明,柠檬酸对缓解锰胁迫有一定作用。

Abstract:Choosing soybean as the material(Heinong46),different gradients of manganese stress were set to study the effects of citric acid on growth characteristics of soybean seedlings under manganese stress.The results showed that the root to shoot ratio of soybean seedlings in noapplication of citric acid treatment group(control group) showed a overall increasing trend with the strengthening of manganese stress,while the application of citric acid treatment group(treatment group,200μmol/L citric acid) was decrease.Compared with the control group,the contents of chlorophyll,proline and electrical conductivity overall decreased in treatment group,but soluble sugar content firstly increased then decreased.The ratio of chlorophyll a/b was irregular.In summary,the citric acid had mitigative effect on manganese stress.
