中国小麦地方品种抗条锈病基因推导

摘    要:在抗条锈病鉴定的基础上,对其中51个抗性较好的小麦地方品种中的抗条锈病基因进行推导分析,以明确供试品种的基因背景。根据供试品种对22个条锈菌菌系的反应,与已知基因载体品种作比较,结果表明,11个品种可能含有抗条锈病基因Yr1,而Yr2、Yr6、Yr7、Yr8、Yr19、Yr27、YrHⅦ、YrSel、YrA、YrGaby、YrAlba、YrSD、YrCV分别存在于24个品种中;白老芒麦对所用的22个条锈菌菌系均表现抗病,推测其可能含有新的抗病基因或基因组合,另有17个品种可能含有未知的抗病基因;白疙瘩(地463)、鱼儿麦(地557)、无芒洋麦(地559)、有芒洋麦(地560)、老早麦(甘地828)和红秃子(甘平A7)6个品种几乎对所有的供试菌系都表现感病,可能不含有已知基因载体所含的抗条锈病基因。

Abstract:Based on resistance assessment,the resistance genes in 51 local varieties were postulated by using 22 isolates of stripe rust with different virulence.The result indicated that Yr1 existed in 11 varieties and Yr2,Yr6,YrHⅦ,YrSel,Yr27,Yr7,YrA,YrGaby,YrAlba,YrSD,YrCV,Yr8 and Yr19 in 24 varieties.Bailaomangmai was resistant to all the races tested,which assumed that it might contain new resistance genes or gene combination.In addition,17 varieties might contain unknown resistance genes,and 6 varieties might not have any known resistant genes since they were susceptible to almost all the races tested.
