摘    要:对小麦小花原基分化与发育规律研究,国内外已有较多报道〔1~9〕,初步明确了小花原基分化的阶段性特征等规律。本研究系统观测了不同品种小花原基分化、退化及结实过程。1 材料与方法以代表性冬性品种京411(WV)和春性品种扬麦158(SV)为供试基因型。试验于1996~1998年在南京农业大学(N32°)校内农场进行。土壤有机质含量2.22%,全氮0.145%,速效氮161.0mg/kg,速效磷89.86mg/kg,速效钾140.80mg/kg。10月30日播种,重复3次,小区面积9m2,基本苗11×…

Abstract:The objective of this study was to determine the relationships between floret primordium differentiation, degeneration and growing degree days after sowing (GDD) with different cultivars and tiller positions. It was found that rising curve and straight line could describe respectively floret differentiation and degeneration in relation to GDD on MS, T1 and T2 in wheat. The floret differentiation and degeneration models on T3 appeared abnormal in this study.
