| 摘 要： | 试验结果表明:春石斛不定芽诱导、增殖的最佳培养基为1/2MS+6-BA1 mg/L+NAA 1 mg/L+香蕉泥100 g/L;原球茎诱导的培养基以1/2MS+NAA最佳;不加任何生长调节剂的1/2MS培养基最适宜原球茎的增殖;原球茎分化的最适基本培养基为1/2MS;最适宜的壮苗生根培养基为1/2MS+NAA2 mg/L+香蕉泥100 g/L。

| Abstract: | The experiment results indicated that: the best medium for inducement of adventitious bud and proliferation of Dendrobium nobile was 1/2MS 6-BA 1 mg/L NAA 1 mg/L mashed banana 100 g/L;the best medium for inducement of protocorm was 1/2MS NAA;the best medium for proliferation of protocorm was 1/2MS without any growth regulator;the suitable basic medium for differentiation of protocorm was 1/2MS;the optimum medium for rooting was 1/2MS NAA 2 mg/L mashed banana 100 g/L. |
